Getting started

  1. Install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace.
  2. Open your service project → Project settings → Apps → Portal Fields.
  3. Choose which fields customers can see, and turn exports on or off.
  4. Customers now see these fields on the request page and can export their own requests from their profile menu.
