Portal Fields – Show Assignee and SLA to Customers

Shows portal customers the information they keep asking about — who is working on their request, SLA status and selected fields — right on the request page, and lets them export their own requests to Excel or CSV. Built on Atlassian Forge; all data stays inside Atlassian.
