AMZMILLAPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how AMZMILLA LLC ("we", "us") handles data in our Atlassian Marketplace app Portal Fields – Show Assignee and SLA to Customers ("the app"). It applies to the app only; your use of Atlassian products is governed by Atlassian's own privacy policy.
1. Summary
- The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It has no external servers and makes no outbound network calls.
- We do not collect, receive, sell or share personal data. We cannot see your Jira data.
- The only data the app stores is the project configuration chosen by your administrators, kept in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage.
2. Data the app reads
When a page is shown, the app reads, through Atlassian APIs and only for that request:
- Request details such as summary, status, assignee, dates, SLA information and the fields an administrator has chosen to show;
- The viewing user's account ID, display name, and Jira Service Management organization membership, used to check which requests that user is allowed to see;
- Project and field metadata needed to render the settings page.
This data is used only to display information on the screen or to build an export file for the signed-in user. It is not stored by the app.
3. Data the app stores
Per project, the app stores its configuration: which fields are shown to customers and whether the export feature is enabled. This configuration contains no personal data and is stored in Atlassian Forge storage, inside Atlassian's infrastructure and subject to Atlassian's data residency.
4. Exports
When a customer exports their requests, the Excel or CSV file is generated in the customer's own browser and downloaded directly to their device. We never receive a copy.
5. Cookies, analytics and tracking
The app sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
6. Logs
The Forge platform keeps operational logs (for example, error messages) that are available to us for troubleshooting. The app is designed not to write end-user data such as names, emails or request contents to these logs.
7. Sub-processors
Atlassian (hosting through Atlassian Forge) is the only service involved in running the app.
8. Retention and deletion
The project configuration remains until it is changed by an administrator or the app is uninstalled. After uninstallation, Forge app storage is deleted by Atlassian according to its data retention policy. You can also ask us at any time to help remove app data.
9. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data, requests about personal data in your Jira site should go to your site administrator or Atlassian. We are happy to help with any question about the app — contact us below.
10. Changes
If the app's data handling changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
